Wael Abou Karam co-founded Cavalier Capital in 2026.
Before founding Cavalier Capital, Wael spent six years at Clipperton, where he was a Director working on technology M&A transactions. He began his career as an Analyst in the Transaction Services team at Deloitte France, then worked at Barclays Investment Bank and Middle East Venture Partners on transactions across the TMT sector.
Wael holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
